Who sells and who licenses the product
Sold through Link, LLC (Lemon Squeezy) is the Merchant of Record and contractual seller for the purchase and payment transaction. Yuto Takahashi supplies and licenses DeskCommit. The Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms apply to the purchase, and the DeskCommit Terms apply to use of the Software.
Transaction terms

| When payment is taken | One payment when the order is confirmed. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring charge. |
| Delivery | After payment, the download and license key are made available on the Lemon Squeezy confirmation page and in the purchase email. |
| How to order | The purchase button on the official DeskCommit sales page opens Lemon Squeezy checkout directly. The price, key supply terms, and links to the DeskCommit Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and this disclosure appear near that button. You can review the final order in Lemon Squeezy and stop before confirming payment. |
| Offer period and quantity | Unless the sales page says otherwise, there is no fixed offer period or quantity limit. |
| License | For one purchaser on up to two Macs that they own or control. Personal and business use are allowed. Transfer, sharing, and resale are not allowed. |
| Future updates and support | There is no fixed minimum period for future features, optional updates, compatibility with future macOS releases, how-to assistance, or individual responses to feature requests. Updates released for the same Personal license are available without another license fee, but a future separate product or separately priced major version is not included. Updates and remedies required by law are not limited. |
| Refunds and returns | A full refund is available within 7 days (168 hours) after payment, without a stated reason, except in cases of fraud or abuse. There is no physical return for this digital product. See the 7-day Refund Policy. |
| Defects or non-conformity | A reproducible defect or material mismatch with what was offered will be addressed with a fix, workaround, or refund as appropriate. Applicable statutory rights are not limited. |
